Data protection is important to us, and we take care to ensure that your information is treated as securely and respectfully as possible. We normally process your personal data for the purpose for which it was collected, e.g. for the purpose of answering a request or for sending merchandise. Your personal data is neither passed on nor sold to third parties, with the only exception of service providers who are indispensable for answering a request, such as shipping companies (e.g. Swiss Post), e-mail and payment services. Personal data is deleted as soon as the purpose for which it was stored is no longer relevant. We also process some of your data through Google Analytics for marketing purposes such as corporate communication and customer behaviour analysis functional to our activities.
